Lorraine Jameson (she/her)
Managing Director and Safeguarding officer
Lorraine is also a safeguarding officer so if you have any concerns about anything during your apprenticeship – inside or outside of work – you can speak to her.
James Woolley (he/him)
Managing Director
You may see James around WEBS Training whilst you are at the training centre.
Paul Cumberpatch (he/him)
Lead training officer
You will see Paul during your induction, and if you have any concerns with your training you can speak to Paul or one of the Safeguarding officers.
Sharon Hearst (she/her)
Induction Leader, Safeguarding Officer and Functional Skills Tutor
You will see Sharon during your induction, and if you need support achieving functional skills whilst completing your apprenticeship. Sharron is also a safeguarding officer so if you have any concerns about anything during your apprenticeship – inside or outside of work – you can speak to her.
Lindsay Brown (he/him)
Functional Skills Tutor
You may see Lindsay if you need support achieving your functional skills whilst completing your apprenticeship.
Samarah Dawson (she/her)
Marketing and Business Development
You may see Samarah when she is completing employee or employer spotlights, and may ask for feedback on your apprenticeship or the industry.
Training Officers and Coordinators
Each apprentice is assigned a training officer who is responsible for their learning and development throughout the course.
For floorlaying, your practical training will be completed by FITA, but all of apprenticeship work and progression will be overseen by our floorlaying training coordinator.

Our recruitment team look after the businesses who have apprentices, and also recruit new apprentices when businesses have an apprenticeship vacancy available.
You may be interviewed by our recruitment team, and they may come to your employer to complete your sign-up paperwork.
